Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from THERIOTLIFE.COM. Please note that your use of THERIOTLIFE.COM constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Purchased items will be shipped from LA within 5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2. Please allow up to 10 days from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 10 days (USA), please notify alerts@theriotlife.com and provide your order number.
Domestic (USA)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.
International USPS Priority Mail
Standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
THE RIOT LIFE is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Once the shipment is made via USPS it is out of our control. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact alerts@theriotlife.com if you have any questions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify alerts@theriotlife.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
